I was so psyched to see the 130's this morning on the scale!!! I've been so good about following Phase 1 religiously and to see it pay off is awesome! I didn't exercise yesterday because I got home too late and didn't want to do it at that hour. I did it late the night before and couldn't sleep because I was too wide awake from exercising. I'll remember to do it in the afternoon. I have a real estate class again tonight so I'll have to do it before then.
Steak, green beans and salad for dinner last night. I'm feeling good!!! :-)
139.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
