Well this week was a bust, my husband had a birthday and we celebrated with too many carbs. There was mexican food, cake, pizza and for breakfast we had pancakes. Oh well there is always this week to make up for it. I have a really hard time resisting pizza, it's so good and I have tried all kinds of low carb crusts and they all suck to me. I even tried that chicken one from the Real Good Foods company they sell at Kroger and its just not right. I have even tried to make one in a skillet with no crust and nope. Oh well. So this week will be better and lesson learned.

However I did have fun last night, I went to a haunted house and had a great time! I go alone so they always put me in a group of others and there was this little boy that decided he was going to hang on to me for dear life! Oh it was too cute! He made me go first and just about ran thru me the whole way! It was great!
250.2 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 50.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
