I seem to have a pattern of losing, instantly regaining, holding a plateau until finally the low number shows back up.
161.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Mine's a rollercoaster too! Don't fret it.. though it can be a little frustrating ... tracking the "bumps" can show you the overall trend is positive downwards over time :)
