Interesting. My stall broke last week. Only change was increased in water.

JackieSpahr Interesting and congrats on breaking the stall. Noticed benefits with water myself the last few days. My bicycle rides are quite long, and I one some trips I notice lack of power going up hill. Stopped and had a small bottle of water... shortly after I had much more power going up hill. This repeated itself so many times, that I can definitely hook the effect on taking in water. The alternative, is that I've been slack with taking salt. It's been hot here lately, and I sweat a lot... meaning my salt level could be low. Will attack from both ends, more salt, and adequate water when my power fails
