I am now getting back into banting, I have been making excuses about the food in the house for too long. Need to get back onto the wagon, have about 6kgs to loose in the next 6 weeks for my holiday.

Day one, give banting another try too.. if I could lose a kilo a week, that would be great🙈.

From my experience if you just stick to the basics you can drop that 1kilo a week. The first week is the hardest, lets hold on.

Am gonna give it another try. I keep falling off the wagon of whatever diet😢, I need something to motivate me.

Aren't you afraid is you lose more than 500g a week that it's unhealthy or that they weight won't stay off. That's my worst fear. Going through all of this and then gaining it again.
