1500 calories and up.2. I lectured for WW for 8 years, and let me tell you, by age 70 metabolism dies and even though I basically eat right, I’ve got to shave off calories (points) somewhere!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
