Hope to keep the momentum going. Felt so terrible last night that I ate something, small but it was still something. I’m not keeping my food consistent I think. Someone needs to keep me on track! 🤣
239.8 lb Lost so far: 60.2 lb.    Still to go: 59.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
