after my allergic response the other day that caused me to retain water I decided to be selective on my food groups to find other causes for this as well. yesterday I was normal my weight dropped as it should but this morning I was back up again. 137.6. I noticed after I ate a boiled egg that I was not having to use the bathroom as much. so one more food that I will remove from my diet and see how things go.

I have had food sensitivities for years which seemed to be in remission. but now are flaring up. going back to basics and testing.
