Friday!!!!! And possibly a 3 day weekend!! Could it be?? Could I be so lucky?!?! I doubt it, but we shall see...

I hope you are all having a wonderful Friday. Today has been okay so far, I am wearing a new shirt, that just a week ago fit a little tighter than it is right now!! YAY!!! Also, I tried on some pants this morning that I have been hanging on to and they fit at the waist!! Unfortunately, I have lymphedema in my legs and they were too tight at the calves and made the crotch hang weird so I didnt want to wear them. I thought maybe they were getting smaller, but I guess not. I am scared that they will never get any smaller and I will have these huge calves and a sort of normal looking body. Sometimes, thinking about it, makes me want to give up. I feel like they are so ugly.

Ive had a rough week, overall. I am tired. I had a candy bar yesterday. It only knocked my carbs up to 33g so I was still under 50, but still, I know that I shouldnt have eaten it.

Today I will pray for healing in my husband's body, as well as mine. I will pray for strength and will power. I will give thanks for the brave souls who gave their lives for my freedom on this Memorial day weekend. I will give thanks for those who continue to fight for my freedoms. I wll pray for their families and the families of those who have been lost. I will pray for each of us to get through today and this weekend with strength. I will pray for peace and love for us all. In the Holy name of Jesus, AMEN!!!

There is a 60 second lymphatic message that my old PT taught me. Only to be done once a day but it’s supposed to help clear lymph system. On the right side of your abdomen just below your ribs (over your liver) message down from the center of your ribs sweeping out at the bottom near your belly button toward your right side coming up under your ribs on your right side abdomen and across in a ⭕️ circle continuing for about 30-60 seconds on that side of your abdomin. It might help the edema and clearing the lymphoma. 🙋🏻
