Diddlee's Journal, 22 May 2018

Wake up feeling slow and lazy after an 18 hour fast. Make breakfast, 4 duck egg yolks, 2 strips of bacon, 3oz ground beef fried in a tbs of lard.

Shortly after I feel restless and full of energy, and step on the bicycle. Just came back from a strong ride.

With that I worry less about intermittent fasting. Hope for same good feeling tomorrow morning.
