Enjoying my WW group meetings. Very upbeat and lots of laughs. Might hold steady at this weight for a while until things slow down a bit at work. Meanwhile plan to keep up walking on weekends as my injury allows, and physio exercises at night. Outdoors is the storm of the century! Record rainfalls and gusty winds. Lol love hunkering down with candles, throw on sofa, and gas fireplace all lit up. :)
