Mon. Aug. 12, 2024
Walking distance: 3km (4,260 steps)
Sun. August 11, 2024
Walking distance: 3.8 km
Sat. Aug. 10, 2024
Walking distance: 3.9 km
NOTES:
- ongoing symptoms in R hip
- at times, sharp pain in R quad, esp. when sitting
- Despite a dose of muscle relaxants before bed, I had very compromised sleep last night. Sleeping on either side was painful. Sleeping on back was least painful for R hip, but lower back became sore. I tried sleeping on my front, but turning neck to the left hurt and simultaneously increased R hip pain. Woke up around 5AM and felt very tired.

Sat. August 10, 2024
Walking distance: 3.7 km (5,035 steps)
Location: Confed Park
Time: 10:00 -11:00 AM
NOTES:
1. Ongoing sharp/piercing R hip pain after I sit down briefly; also limping briefly after standing up. Sometimes, not able to bear weight on R leg until some steps later.
2. R base of neck at juncture with R shoulder: During morning walk, noticed a piercing, pinching pain when I move neck to the R. There seems to be more range of motion moving neck to the L.
3. Walking is not symmetrical; R hip is persistently sore.
4. Took muscle relaxants (one dose @ 12PM) to manage pain.
