Happy Saturday! Wearing fave jean shorts that I could not zip last week. Praise God!
10:15am: 1st growl - 12oz nfat latte, 1/2 Vegan thumbprint cookie.
1:30pm: 2nd growl - coke zero, 1 whole-wheat pita, 1 Tb. Nutella. Lol actually did use a measuring spoon as this was the topic at WW meeting this morning.
7:00pm: no growl - 12oz decaf nfat latte. :-P
Had the extra beverage with youngest son on an impromptu outing - special occasion. Not planning on any more food intake today as stomache probably will not growl till tomorrow.
