Massive slow down in weight loss. Scary why that could be. I did have a spike day yesterday though as it was my besties baby's birthday. On this lchf (banting) diet, I never seem to have all my calories for the day because I hardly get hungry. Makes me worry about the effect of that on my weight loss. I do miss sugar greatly though, so much!

Check your measurements also, inches/cm show more on fat loss than the scale. And keep up the good work with a good attitude ;) You'll be there!

It's perfectly normal to have a slow down in weight loss. The first week or so is mostly water weight. After that weight loss may slow to a pound or so a week which is normal. When you lose weight, you lose water, fat and sometimes (when you lose too fast) muscle. You don't want to lose muscle because the more muscle you have, the more calories are burned at rest, the more easy losing and maintaining weight becomes. Hence why men lose faster too. So you are doing great. Just keep going.
