Hanging out right at my goal level for the past few weeks. Maintenance mode may have set in finally. No huge swings, just minor ups and downs. It feels very odd to be eating lower protein and higher carbs, but I'm trying to ease slowly into lifetime eating habits that will keep me around this weight and healthy. So far, so good. Only time will tell, but I'm starting to feel more confident about keeping the weight off for good. I have given away to a charity thrift shop all of my clothing. I bought a new wardrobe with my winnings from "Healthy Wage". Instead of 52" waist pants and 2x - 3x shirts, I have a closet full of Medium Shirts and sweaters and 34" waist slacks, jeans and shorts. It felt great to shop at Perry Ellis instead of DXL Big & Tall shops. I hope all of FatSecret Warriors have a wonderful Fall weekend!
