Maintenance mode. Up a half pound, but my fat is down and my muscle is up. My water and protein stayed the same. Surprisingly, my bone mass is up two tenths of a pound.

Baked some homemade keto chocolate chip cookies for dessert for later tonight. Almond flour, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, stevia, and sugar-free chocolate chips.

5k on the rowing machine and a leg workout at the gym. Time to break my fast. 2 eggs, 2 turkey sausage links, 1/2 serving of cheese on a low carb tortilla.

Air fryer chicken leg quarter with, olive oil, smoked paprika, fried garlic, salt & pepper. Air fried diced Poland a spinach salad for dinner tonight.
