My appetite has been down, which has been wonderful for keeping my calories low the past couple days, even with a couple “cheat” items like a piece of cake last night at a birthday party. I’m feeling highly motivated right now and hoping to keep the ball rolling through this weekend. This weekend will involve a lot of walking around because we’re going to an apple harvest festival, but I will have to be good about keeping my calories in check because it will also mean wanting to eat delicious food.
