all very strange. blob way down, muscle still holding high, water is up there because it's freaking hot and I've been drinking upwards of a gallon daily. food is not changing, bodies are weird.
it's been a weird day. wanted to swim, but there are t-cells right off the coast so that's a hard nope. guess I'll do some more rowing.
