Finally the water weight I've been holding onto this week dropped, which makes me feel much better. I was feeling in a bit of a funk this week, but now that it is the weekend I'm feeling better. My motivation is returning. The temperature is much less hot and there's a lot less humidity, so I'm going to get a run in today. Time to kick my butt in gear, I've been slacking too much!
159.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
