Yesterday I had my nephew's little league championship game right after work, so my dinner consisted of 2 hot dogs from the concession stand. Oops. It was that or not eat until 8pm when I got home and I was starving! When I got home I ate some green beans to make myself feel a little less guilty. Kept right at my calories for the day though, plus got a decent amount of exercise in.

Tonight I'm going to get a 3 mile run in, which is farther than I've been running lately (been averaging closer to 2 miles). My boyfriend is part of a social running group. They get together weekly and run between 3 to 5 miles and end up at a bar for a couple drinks afterwards. A little reward for running I guess, haha. He's been trying to convince me to go with him for a while but I've never been comfortable running in a group. I much prefer going my own pace and not worrying that people are judging me. He finally convinced me so we'll see how it goes. I'm hoping it will motivate me to push myself a little harder when I run. Or I'll fail miserably and never go back. Fingers crossed that it motivates me!
