Feeling bloated again today, and the scale is showing it! This has been such a crazy work week that I've just been grabbing whatever is quick and my choices have not been the best despite not being too bad calorie wise. Way too many carbs and processed food!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
