Two day pizza fest repercussions, not worried. Muscle mass is back up there, blob is a little bigger, but I've got a fridge full of good food to address that next week.
Got in a decent swim yesterday despite falling ash and particulates. I need to change half of the water in the pool anyways, so no biggie. It can affect pH so will be doing that today as it can ruin the system. 829 strokes, 9.2METs which is a little surprising, but I was trying to maintain steady pace, might be time to notch current up again because I spent 8 minutes below cardio zone. This is with the snorkel adapter that reduces airflow by 40%. Also up to holding my breath for 1 minute 23 seconds. That's pretty close to what I was ever able to do before, so we're not going to push that much further for no reason.
We had two days of 103 which is normal for this time of year but still really rough as far as getting outside and walking dogs. Weird dreams of foghorns last night except that when I woke up the entire area is fogged in solid and temp as dropped to 65. Not complaining one bit. Going to walk the dogs in a few minutes as I don't know if it will hold and they are a little crazy from being cooped up.
Blood red sunset from the ash last night. Camera didn't do a great job capturing the contrast, it was very unsettling. We're totally safe in SD, but east county is not. The fog should help the firefighters as it means there's more moisture in the air.
Need to get my butt going before the fog burns off.
Onward we go.

Edit for after breakfast weigh in. Also called how to game the scale. Ate two eggs and drank two coffees with foam. Why I have to keep the time consistent. But fun to play with numbers.
