During the last 7 years i succeeded to bring my weigh down 3 times. Each time my successes were very enjoyable but i could not defend my position for aclong time and again i get weigh. This time i have decided not only bring my weigh down but also i defend my positin as best as i csn. Let,s do it. 😊 By the way, tehran.onfoot is my instagram i will be happy to see you there.
201.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
