I think I'm on swim #8. Only skipped Friday.
These numbers seem more accurate than yesterday's, no clue why those were so weird, maybe my feet were sweaty or something. Anyways, worked late, walked late, swam late, ate at 9:30, less than ideal, but it is what it is and I got it all in there.
I forgot an NSV from Monday night. I walked the dogs and wore a pair of shorts I hadn't seen in awhile. They were falling down so much that I ended up tying two belt loops together with a (clean) poop bag. Those are going into the donate bag I guess. Although I have a huge pile sitting that I don't know what to do with in these quarantine days.
I think muscle mass is holding from the double workouts. I've also been doing squats for two minutes as I brush my teeth in the mornings.
One of the things I haven't been doing as well is planning my meals as much as I normally do. Sure, I'm still making salads and what not, but I haven't cooked a whole chicken in awhile and lunch is usually something I toss into the air fryer a few minutes before I eat. Going to work on that this week. Thawing some chicken breasts this morning. Will grill them tonight or tomorrow depending on when they're thawed. I'll defrost the tuna steak tomorrow for Friday night. I guess what I'm saying is that I'm reactive instead of proactive in the kitchen right now. I should also soak some more beans for hummus.
All the rain has made our little canyon full of flowers this year. So pretty. They won't last long once the heat starts, but how lovely is this view? It's not mine, but it's a few blocks away.
