Happy with this. :) Interesting because I was well over my 1200cal goal this week. I have felt physically great and more emotionally resilient even through stressful time at school. There are a few new changes in the last few weeks:
-New manual labor job 16-20 hrs per week
- Started taking a B-Complex vitamin that also has 100mgs of Inositol. I've heard it helps with insulin sensitivity.
-Continuing my prescribed Metformin and Aldactone for PCOS.
- Tracking almost everything, even when I went over.
- Focusing on getting more protein specifically, close to 100gs per day.
It's probably some of all of these. :)
