I exercised a lot yesterday and ate little. Too little!-- I picked a fight with my sister and wolfed down a piece of cake at midnight. Sigh. I'll try again today. I need to start consistently hitting a balance that is enough food but not too much.

OMG.... don't beat yourself up. I have been making Sat night my 1 "cheat night". I still try not to cheat too bad, but it seems to help. We are so dang close to that number... don't you slow down now. We can pass that stupid number in 3 weeks.... we can do it.. Look at today as a fresh start. FORGET YESTERDAY!!!!!KICK BUTT TODAY AND DON'T WORRY ABOUT TOMORROW. FOCUS ON TODAY ONLY! you CAN DO IT....

btw, I'm not upset because of the one piece of cake. It was kinda healthy cake anyway w/ no frosting. I'm more disappointed because the fact that I was so hungry probably means I wasn't eating enough to keep my metabolism going all day, and also because being hungry and fighting with my sis suck.
but you're right-- we can do it!! :)
