This is good news. I tried hard this weekend but it wasn't perfect, not even close. I'll take this loss and hope it motivates me to keep going. I bought a new scale to start weighing my food portions so I'll no longer have the excuse of not knowing how much I'm eating.
I went for two long hikes this weekend. It felt good to be out in the fresh air. Today I'll go out after work and go about a mile or so. Anything's better than nothing!
