More like 10lbs in 2 days.
Are you using the same scale?

April and JITHB...ya, almost 10 pounds in two days, same scale (accurate digital). If you look at my food and exercise log you'll see it's mostly water movement on the 19th...woke up at 197.4, had a couple of coffees for breakfast (probably 500ml or 1.1 pound, not logged) then had a long, fasted, workout on the elliptical and some HIIT...drank about another 1.1 lbs water (500ml) during the session and even with this combined input lost 4.0 additional pounds from morning weight through sweat, respiration and elimination, (post workout weighed in at 193.4). Big Dinner that night and the next with deserts (back to back birthdays) and was back up to my regular weight and then some (203.2) at the end of the evening on the 21st (very full belly and carb bloating).

Thnx Bill, just weighing in for the challenge...not trying to or expecting to lose any weight...would always be nice to lose a bit of fat though :)

I didn't know water weight fluctuates that much. Wow.

No worries JITHB...BTW, boxers and MMA fighters do this all the time, google "how much weight do boxers lose before a fight?" (30 pounds in 48 hours not unusual). Most endurance athletes experience this dehydrating effect to a lesser extent when training or racing, even trying to keep hydrated.
