Ever notice how, when you are stressed (read "end of school year"), you are more hungry? That's cortisol being dumped into your system, which spikes your insulin. It's not in your mind, it's real! So what to do? Find a way to deal with the cortisol?

You got this! I take prednisone daily, low dose now, but very high in the past. It really screwed me up, but I carried small snack bags of almonds, little containers with peanut butter and other low carb items that could help level that BS out. The best thing is to find ways to reduce stress.
