Well it's a loss and I'll take it. I wasn't the best eater this weekend so I deserve what I got. It's a new week and I'll strive to do better.
It's a fasting day today and I've figured out the if I don't eat anything in the morning, I have an easier time not craving food until noon-ish. Hopefully it works again today.
