You can only lose one ounce at a time, you lost 16 of them, heck that is one brick of butter at the store, I dare you to go and pick up 55 of them and hold them in your arms or fill up your cart, the amount will knock you over. You are doing incredible.

hair loss is due to lack of magnesium, which is common with low carb. take a supplement.

There's a huge range for eating low carb. Anywhere from 0 up to 100 is still considered low. Finding your "sweet spot" is key. Just getting rid of sugar and empty processed carbs is a win win!

Carbs aren't bad for everyone. Ok to kick the habit for a bit and revisit mindfulness. Reminds me, I need to cook some rice🎯
