I was down a pound, but back holding at 174. That's OK...I have returned to eating regular food. While my body healed from the second round of Diverticulitis, I was on very limited diet... Now,everything is tasting so good, I know I have to be careful How much and what I eat. Awareness is very important. Hey, It's gonna be a beautiful day and I wish everyone the same, wherever you are and whatever you are doing...ENJOY!
