Stepped on the scale out of curiosity because I was so disappointed with my weigh in this past Monday.
Still not overly impressed considering the effort I'm putting into it, but I don't quite know what else I could change... or I'm not ready to go to that extreme.
Headed to the gym, hope everyone is off to a good start today :)

You've lost more than you've got left to lose (a lot more), disappointment shouldn't be in your vocabulary.

You're doing good, it comes off a pound at a time. Keep putting in more of those type weigh-ins over time, it adds up.

Yes, just be patient. The results will start to show -- either by increased energy, lower weight, or just feeling good...I promise! I had the same struggles myself and quite frankly I was very annoyed with myself. All the hard work in the gym and modifying my diet didn't seem to do anything. But I kept on telling myself that the formula does work and your body will respond. And now I'm starting to see the results of my efforts. Keep up the good work. You are definitely on the right path. Just keep your eye on the prize!!

Have you tried replacing a meal (or two for a kick start) with a protein shake?
I was on a plateau for weeks, once I got back on my shake(s), the scale started creeping down.
Yay!
To see results certainly keeps us on the right track.
Hope it'll work for you as well.

If it's going down, it's good. Stick with it.

A pound down is a pound down in my book! Maybe all of your good habits are just taking some time to kick in. Or maybe you are ona bit of a plateau? Do you cheat day? Not to advocate for bad habits, but maybe your bod is in the ever-dreaded "starvation-mode." Good to hear you are doing well with your diet and exercise, and with school and family!
