On a roll... I know this will slow down because I am just starting out but 226 to 219 in 6 days. Is too fhrehlling awesome. I got to eat bacon, salt, I got to cut down on the despised vegetables, I'm not swelling up like a pumpkin from the salt. My wheat issues are moot and there is no gas ! For this I will gladly shun the greater carb universe of chemically processed crap (please excuse the language)

I am going with the low carb high fat modified Palo. No grains no fruit. no sugar. I go to the gym and walk on treadmill..don't break a sweat. It is (so far)effortless. Only careful meal planning and attention to carbs. I am just 10 days in so still on induction.(under 20carbs).

Everything is cooked fresh. Don't hold back on the salt. I'm rarely hungry usually first thing before breakfast after the gym. (As my 97hr work week allows) My post gym bullet proof coffee fixes that till noon. For the crunchy munchies there are pork rinds. Really the only thing I miss is soda. I could probably do without the soda except that it is homemade fruit soda because I don't drink the commercial stuff its a chemical storm in a bottle
