Awesome. Did the podiatrist give ya cortisone shots? Did he have any suggestions? I might order another pair of inserts. They are so expensive plus the shoes. When I got PT for my knee my therapists was able to focus on my imbalances and PF. IT SUCKS. I hope you get better. It's gonna take time.

The doc said she had no idea why I’m having numbing in my toes. She said that my symptoms aren’t typical. Usually the numbness doesn’t go away. Mine does when I don’t stand. She said that I should focus on curing my PF. She suggested $50 insole and told me to use compression socks. I bought some much cheaper insoles but the kind she suggests are hard. That doesn’t help my PF. Or it hasn’t yet

She didn’t give me shots or tell me what to do about the bone spur either. I can never remember to ask enough questions when I’m at the docs.

Well, go to someone different next time. She did you no good. I had 3 rounds of injections. They helped greatly! They didn't cure it but I could barely walk like you. My doc had the Redi-Thotics Comfort and they set me up. They are same price on Amazon. 60. Wear only a little each day .. an hour here and there, working up to full time. I seconf the Hooka!!!!! No dress shoes. Calf raises and toe scrunches. Only way I mostly healed was staying off it and doing these things. My KNEE PT helped. I might have said this already. If so, ignore 🎉

Ps, the inflammation could be causing the numbness, try icing on a regular basis too. Some people freeze a water bottle and roll their foot on it. I liked to plunge my whole foot in an ice bath.

I tried hokas and brooks but ended up going with new balance 1080s they are super comfortable and help a lot will the numbing but don’t help the PF. I’ve got my night splints on tonight. They are a little different than my old pair. I will ask my doc for another referral.

I ended up with new balance too, but I can't use them without my inserts.
