I am glad that I am staying at this weight! :) Swimming an hr a day has really helped me a lot. I sit on a water noodle, and just swim all over the pool, without getting my head wet. Both my arms and legs are constantly moving for an hour. I think that it is good exercise for me, Today I dug out some bricks to put in an under line drip system, I will also trim a few more trees, and weed the yard. I am prepare this place for when I leave. (more calories will be burned by doing all of this. :) Thanks everyone for your support!:) INL in my Lord~Ann
