Seems like I just cant get enough fiber in without consuming foods with added fiber..? Doesn't food in it's natural state contain enough fiber if you're eating a healthy varied diet? I eat grains/beans/veggies/fruits. Weird.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
