Need to get more fiber in. I've not been reaching 20g/day. Also more water and protein. No more peanut butter cookies, I threw the last away. Ha!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear ya! I made peanut butter cookies **for my daughter** (right!) and you know who ate them! I think she had one *rolls eyes*. But we'll slay it this week coming. Got to have some sugar sometimes, haha! :)
