Raised calories a bit for couple days. I'll drop down below 1000 again and see if it sparks a drop. It has in the past. Keeping meals/snacks within 6 hr window today. Hope everyone is off to a great start this week.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
