Doubled my fiber intake yesterday! Been busy/active all day today. Need to up my water. Calling for severe storms capable of producing tornadoes today/tonight...everyone be heads up and stay safe!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
