My typical breakfast of Greek yogurt with blueberries and all-bran buds. Never gets old for some reason, lol. I love it. :D It's low cal, fast, and high fiber so it's win-win-win.

Making this a lean calorie day to make up for last night's indulgence of homemade cheese calzone and wine. Now off to spend the day out with daughters. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
