the weight is dropping slowly but steadily. I swear, every time I go out to eat it stalls my weight. I stay on plan, ordering a bunless burger or chicken, but it doesn't seem to matter. They must put something in the food. After this weekend, I told my husband I'm not going to eat out for 2 months straight. We can still go out, but I will eat at home and just have water wherever we go. I'm tired of things stalling my hard work at home.

Omg, I know ... I went out last night and had a Steak Salad ... I told them no croutons and as much as I picked out what I could see, (too hungry to send it back ... uggg) I'm sure I probably missed a few and ended up with a half pound gain this morning ... I also asked if there was sugar in the dressing and they said no, there was no added sugar ... hmmmm ... I hear you Lauri ... keep going although it's tough ... you're doing great!!
