I have been able to stay on track with eating pretty well. Looking for housing, attending family events, and taking walks in the neighborhood all help me stay active. I'm not very patient about finding a place to live. I found a house in Colonial Beach that I like really well, but can't buy it until my PA house sells and closes. *sigh* I know all will fall in place, but I want it NOW!! The house I liked Monday, sold on Tuesday. That's how it goes. Will have to wait until July or August to actually buy something. But I did get pre-approved for a loan yesterday, so that's progress. While I knew it was going to be really hard to move forward after Steve died, these changes are huge. Some days are harder than others. But mostly, I'm coping well.
184.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
