I have not had a good week as far as watching what I eat. I don't feel good when I eat bread, so I usually try to avoid it. Monday I ate bread. Tues I ate a bismark donut for the first time in about 5 years. AND my family tradition of spice drops on the gumdrop tree happened! The scale showed it this morning. Christmas is really hard. I'm trying not to sabotage myself, but still continue some traditions. What holiday traditions do you have?
