Weight up 10 pounds,retaining fluids again.I am not quitting or giving up hope because I know my diet is same so if I gain or lose. I will just continue as I have been. I knew my legs and feet felt tight so should have just waited another day. But oh well had to weigh. Sometime Just wish Dr. could get my meds straightened out.
303.4 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 148.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
