one thing I have learned and this is just my opinion diets don't work. trust me I have been on more diets than anyone can imagine. I come to the conclusion if they did work we wouldn't be jumping from one diet to another, gaining weight, losing weight. To me it's just a hamster wheel going around and around and still getting nowhere at the end of the day. However, there is a value to them in one respect and again this is just my opinion. I have learned calorie counts of food that I eat and the nutritional value of them. This to me is extremely important going forward in creating a lifestyle rather than a diet that you could sustain throughout the rest of your life. what I learned on not being on a diet is that no one is perfect if you gain a pound or two just stop a minute use your common sense and figure out what went wrong and just correct it don't beat yourself up and just move on. Diets to me give me mental restrictions and frustration, always checking looking up making sure I'm doing this right or I doing it wrong. Remember eating a couple chips will never put on weight however eating a bag of them by the television well.....lol So good old Common is best diet lol. So my suggestion is if you're having any struggle or even success maintain common sense and you will prevail.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
