Went to a wedding reception Sunday. Have to say I did great. A far a appetizers go I had 2 tiny and I mean tiny meatballs they were the size of a large marble lol, 2 tiny shrimp almost no breading on it and 2 little artichoke leaves with little bread on . Dinner I passed on all pasta and cream sauces, cheese, fried foods and potatoes. I had salad, green beans, small piece of salmon and 2 and a half slices of beef. 🍞 was on table with butter and didn't have. Went to desert table but just got coffee. Even passed on the booze. Honestly, I felt great about it. I did not feel deprived just felt good I was doing the right thing. Finally doing the right thing felt better than eating. LOL GO FIGURE !!!🎉
