22 AUGUST 2021

Weight Entry:184.0 lb.

another day another Pound Down Yay. As you know I do not diet I live my life through common sense. Diets for me do not work ask anybody that has been on Weight Watches they will say, I did that I did good I should do it again obviously you can't sustain it on your own it's a business. what diets can do which is beneficial it teaches you General calories and Portion Control which I find valuable is like if you eat a piece of meat should be the size of your palm etc. and general knowledge if calories etc... other than that is where Common Sense has to enter. I don't need a diet to say don't eat that ice cream let alone the pint or dont sit in front of the TV with an entire bag of potato chips. For me I chose to go with what I know is the right thing to do and right for me. I have identified my trigger Foods and omitted them from my daily eating If can't deal with it I can't eat it. Which means I have omitted all carbs including fruit. I did however try zero carb bread which tasted like cardboard with the possibility that cardboard May even taste better ended up tossing it out, it was that gross. Also when I eat with common sense Common Sense tells me we're all not perfect I would say 90% of the time I make excellent choices like my nutritionist said one cookie isn't what makes you fat it's the whole box LOL how true. I do find with diet there is another beneficial aspect you may get support. I'm fortunate enough that I get support from Friends and maybe even groups like this. Coming from big numbers I have tried all different ways of losing weight common sense for me was the one substainable weight loss decision I have made. I also know to respect a person who wants to lose 10 lbs to a person who wants to lose 200 it's all relative and we need to remember that. So it's just MY opinion to have a lifestyle of Health using the plan a common sense that works for me LOL. I would not suggest anybody do what I do as far as omitting all carbs it was not an easy thing to do it took a whole month during that time i wanted you to eat my refrigerator LOL but after a month it did become a lifestyle I don't miss the carbs and I do feel better without them, remember carbs are sugar and sugar is a death sentence. I now have to watch my cholesterol because I was taking off my cholesterol medicine. unfortunately I had one of the most rarest side effects in the country from Lipitor. I landed in the hospital for six weeks with rhabdomyolysis, total liver and kidney failure and lost the ability to walk as a result. Two weeks of that tim. I was learning how to walk again. I literally went from hell and back so I value everyday even more. Common Sense tells me you know how to take care of yourself the best. My doctor always says you're the only one I know who has lost weight during the pandemic he said what are you doing I said it's all common sense he laughed and he said you know what Wendy that's true. anyway I wish you all that you wish for yourself and be good to yourself that's the most important thing at common sense should lead you in the right direction even if you choose a diet. We all know in our hearts what is right and what is wrong. what you choose is up to you. wish all of you what you wish for yourselves and more.
