Hi Dufrain, I love your quote on your journal! 👍 I agree with you that even when people go up and down they still have success when they post every single day, it’s an accountability issue. You’re doing great and I have been told over and over that prostate cancer is totally curable, even back when my grandpa had it in the 70s. But, you have to go in and have it taken care of. 💪 So blessings and have a Stupendous Sunday and I wish you your continued success your having.👏👏👏👏

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts, I really appreciate it. Actually I did catch it relatively early in Jan and didn't require surgery or chemo...but did need to have radiation, 43 consecutive days worth, and it will all be over this coming Thursday. I need to celebrate but don't know how I want to do it just yet. Part of my healing has been this great website and folks on it such as yourself. I always look forward to your humorous posts. Being able to see success from various folks has really helped me change my eating habits in ways I've never imagined which in turn has manifested amazing results to my total well being...skin, mood, sleep, ect. the likes of which I've never experienced in my life. I'm a total convert now when it comes to eating healthy and have people like you and others here on FS to thank for that. I wish you the happiest of Sundays as well Shrewd. Namaste'

Merci beaucoup! Was a little worried, so thank you for the lowdown. Some men don’t want their privates viewed and end up not going to get it checked out on time, such as my grandpa. He was 92 and had another 15yrs in him, per the doc. 😁 Yahoo your done with it this week - what a relief!!!💪👏👏👏👏 I do love the people on FS.💕 There’s so much to learn from everyone and so many do have a great sense of humor. People at their best to raise your spirits, which gives one strength to meet the day head on. 👍 (sort of)🥴🤣

It's wonderful that the radiation has gotten better over the years. My husband had prostate cancer 23 years ago and decided not to have surgery or radiation. We did alternative things, plus cleaned up our diet a lot. Seems it faded. But the radiation is much better now than then. We usually have the cancer in our bodies for a very long time and it sounds like you have already cleaned up your diet. Good for you. My husband is 85 now and won't stop the sweets and high carbs. Now this week has been diagnosed with cancer again. He says he won't change his way of eating.
