I’m having a hard time keeping to my calorie limits with company here. But we are having fun and I’m keeping up with workouts. I finished couch to 5k yesterday. I used to run with my dad in my younger years, but running doesn’t come as easily in my 30s and 40s. This is my second time doing the program. It’s a great way to build stamina, now to work on speed. I am in recovery from adrenal fatigue, so that is helping me feel stronger and faster in my workouts.
